The next member event will take place on November 5 starting at 5.30pm at the Laborbar in Zurich. The event will have the same format as usual, good presentations, discussion, followed by networking, drinks and snacks. We start with a short welcome by Silvia Hagen and a presentation of the Internet Society (ISOC) Swiss Chapter by Bernie Hoeneisen, vice-chair ISOC Switzerland.
Rüdiger Rissmann, IBM, will have a lecture about IPv6 migration. There is a large number of IPv6 transition mechanisms and new ones are constantly developed. For this reason he would like to present a good overview of the available mechanisms and show the scenarios in which they are best to be used. Following the presentation you will have time to ask questions, to discuss with each other and to share experience.
Non-members are also welcome. Please invite your collegues, friends and customers and announce the event in your social networks.
